Choosing the Right Path After 10th – A Message to Students 🎓
Every year, I interact with students of Std. 10 who are standing at one of the most crucial turning points of their lives — deciding what to do after 10th.
Many students choose Science because they “like the subject,” Commerce with the aim of becoming a **CA**, or Arts because they want to become a **teacher**. While these are all great aspirations, I often notice one common challenge — confusion and a lack of clarity.
As a counsellor, I believe that career decisions should not be based only on liking a subject or following a common path.
Instead, decisions should be driven by:
- Your Interests
- Your Strengths
- Your Long-term Career Goals
Choosing the right stream is not just a decision — it is the foundation of your future.
